Who am I?

Hello, I am Daniele D’Amico, a product manager who loves productivity and building products.

I'm a Notion user from day one, and I built many templates, integrations, and dashboards to improve my life and my friends and family.

These days, I am working on creating the first consulting agency focused on Notion.

Why did I build this template?

Because I tried to resolve a problem.

One I felt under my skin, and many other people reported me.

When you find out about Notion, you begin to use it, and it seems like Heaven, a place where you can store whatever you want.

No need to structure your data or anything else, just free space.

Days go by, and a problem rises up.

All this freedom brings chaos, and soon enough your Notion workspace becomes useless.

Some of the symptoms:

• You know you saved that link somewhere on Notion but cannot find it.
• You have many pages totally disconnected;
• You Notion workspace is a mess;
• You have pages without a name or totally blank;
• Your Notion workspace looks like the one it the picture below.

How can you solve this problem?

The Second Brain by Tiago Forte helps you become more organized.

It's a productivity system for you digital life .

You can manage all of your knowledge in one space.

So your brain will be able to do what is the best at, generating ideas instead of storing them.

But.

Turning Notion into your Second Brain can be challenging.

Because of these two reasons:

• you need to know the Second Brain;
• you need to know how to build things with Notion.

And that's why I'm here for.

What is Easy Second Brain:

With Easy Second Brain you can forget those two reasons.

I've deconstructed the Second Brain, and implemented it in Notion.

But I did that to make you able to just focus on your productivity, without any maintenance.

I am a user of this template.

And I don't want to be disciplinate in order to be productive.

Chi sono?

Sono Daniele D’Amico, un product manager appassionato di produttività e prodotti digitali.

Utilizzo Notion fin dalla sua nascita e nel corso degli anni ho creato centinaia di template, integrazioni e dashboard per migliorare la vita mia e delle persone che conoscevo.

Ad oggi, sto lavorando alla costruzione della prima agenzia di consulenza basata interamente su Notion.

Perché ho creato questo template?

Perché ho cercato di risolvere un problema.

Un problema riscontrato sulla pelle mia e di tante altre persone.

Quando scopri Notion e lo cominci ad utilizzare, sembra il Paradiso, uno spazio dove puoi salvare tutto quello che vuoi.

Senza dare alcuna importanza alla struttura o altro, uno spazio libero.

Col tempo però emerge un problema.

Alla libertà si sostituisce il caos e ben presto ti ritrovi con un Notion inutilizzabile.

Alcuni sintomi del problema:

• Sai di aver salvato quel link da qualche parte, ma non lo trovi;
• Hai decine di pagine scollegate tra loro;
• È tutto disordinato;
• Ti ritrovi con pagine, senza un nome o vuote;
• In pratica il tuo Notion assomiglia a quello nella foto qui sotto

Come risolvere il problema?

Grazie al Second Brain di Tiago Forte.

È un sistema di produttività per la tua vita digitale (e non solo).

Ti permette di concentrare in un unico spazio tutto quello che vuoi salvare.

E così il tuo cervello potrà generare idee, invece di immagazzinarle.

Ma.

C'è un grosso ma.

È difficile strutturare un Second Brain nel tuo Notion.

A causa di queste due cose:

• devi conoscere il sistema di produttività;
• devi conoscere Notion al meglio.

Ed a queste, c'ho pensato io.

Cos’è Easy Second Brain:

Easy Second Brain risolve proprio questi problemi.

Ho scomposto il Second Brain nei suoi tratti più importanti e li ho inseriti su Notion.

E l’ho fatto in maniera tale che l’utilizzatore dovesse prepararsi il meno possibile.

Con la minore manutenzione possibile.

Perché io stesso sono l’utilizzatore.

E non voglio essere produttivo per poter essere produttivo.
